The model you ordered doesn't fit or you don't like it?

No problem! You can return all glasses and sunglasses without prescription free of charge within 30 days after delivery. Please note: models with prescription are made individually for you and are therefore excluded from exchange. If you are not satisfied with your custom-made glasses with prescription, please contact our customer service. We will help you to find a solution. If we cannot find a suitable solution for you, you will receive a voucher for the value of your order up to 30 days after receipt of your glazed glasses.

Simply enter your order number and the e-mail address you used when placing your order. We will then send you your free return label by e-mail. Please also check your spam folder.
